Create a new recruitment project

A project groups all elements of a recruitment mission: target candidates, personalized messages, and automated workflow.

Creation steps

1. Open the form

  1. From the sidebar, click Projects
  2. Click the New project button

2. General information

Fill in the following fields:

  • Project name — A clear name to identify the mission (e.g., "Senior React Developer - Paris")
  • Tags — Keywords to target the skills you're looking for (e.g., "React", "TypeScript", "Frontend")

3. Targeting filters

Configure candidate filtering criteria:

  • Target experience — Range of years of experience in the target field
  • Total seniority — Range of total years of professional experience
  • Maximum CV gap — Maximum accepted gap between two positions
  • Location — Target geographic area
  • Excluded companies — Companies whose current employees are ignored
  • Required companies — The candidate must have worked at these companies

4. Messages

Message templates are automatically created when the project is created. You can customize them later in the Configuration tab.

After creation, the project is set to Active status. Added candidates will be automatically integrated into the workflow.
