Manage project candidates

The Candidates tab of a project displays all added profiles and their progress in the automated workflow.

Adding candidates

Several methods to add candidates to a project:

Via the browser extension

  1. Navigate to a LinkedIn profile
  2. The extension detects the profile and enriches it automatically
  3. Add it to the project of your choice

Via CSV import

  1. In the project, click Import
  2. Select CSV Import
  3. Your file must contain the columns: First Name, Last Name, LinkedIn Profile
  4. Validate the import

Via manual entry

  1. Click Import > Manual entry
  2. Enter the name and LinkedIn URL of the candidate
  3. Validate

Via an ATS

  1. Click Import > ATS Import
  2. Select your provider (BoondManager, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc.)
  3. Authenticate if needed
  4. Select the candidates to import

If the project is in Active status, added candidates are automatically integrated into the automation workflow.

Candidates table

The table displays for each candidate:

Actions on a candidate

  • Pause — Pauses the workflow for this candidate
  • Resume — Resumes the workflow where it left off
  • Retry — Retries the step in case of failure
  • Delete — Removes the candidate from the project
