The Candidates section lets you view the enriched profiles of all candidates you've sourced via Recrut'Auto.
Accessing profiles
Click on a candidate's name from any project or from the prospects list to access their detailed profile.
Candidate profile
The candidate profile displays:
- General information — Last name, first name, current title, location, photo
- LinkedIn headline — Short profile description
- Summary — Professional summary
- Experience — Detailed work history
- Education — Academic background
- Skills — Identified skills list
- Certifications — Professional certifications
- Languages — Spoken languages
- Recommendations — LinkedIn recommendations
Calculated metrics
Recrut'Auto automatically calculates these indicators from the profile:

| Total seniority | Total months of professional experience |
| Average job duration | Average time spent at each company |
| Maximum CV gap | Longest period without employment (excluding internships) |
| Target experience | Months of experience in positions matching the project tags |

Metrics automatically exclude internships (detected by keywords "stage", "stagiaire", "intern" in the title or contract type).
Associated campaigns
At the bottom of the profile, you can see which projects this candidate belongs to and at which workflow step they are for each one.
