Notification types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Candidate reply | A candidate has replied to one of your LinkedIn messages |
| Connection accepted | A LinkedIn connection request has been accepted |
| Candidate qualified | A candidate has just passed the automatic qualification filter |
| Appointment booked | A candidate has booked an interview slot |
| Campaign completed | All candidates in a campaign have been processed |
| Campaign error | A blocking error occurred in a campaign workflow |
| Enrichment completed | A candidate profile enrichment is finished |
| Profile change | A significant change was detected on a candidate profile |
| LinkedIn warning | A warning related to your LinkedIn account was detected |
| Payment received | A payment was successfully charged |
| Payment failed | A charge failed — action required |
| Payment refunded | A refund was issued |
| Subscription changed | Your subscription was updated |
| Error | A technical error occurred in the workflow |
Accessing notifications
Click the bell icon in the navigation bar. The red badge indicates the number of unread notifications.
Mark as read
- One notification — Click the Mark as read button next to the notification
- All notifications — Click Mark all as read at the top of the list
Real time
Notifications arrive instantly, without needing to refresh the page. When a candidate replies or an appointment is booked, you are alerted immediately.
tip
Notifications are also sent to the mobile app if you have it installed.
