Using the extension on LinkedIn

Once the extension is installed and connected, it works automatically in the background when you browse LinkedIn.

Profile scraping​

When you visit a LinkedIn profile:

  1. The extension detects the profile page
  2. Data is automatically extracted (experience, education, skills...)
  3. The profile is sent to Recrut'Auto for enrichment
  4. You can add it to a project from the Recrut'Auto interface

Message sync​

The extension automatically syncs your LinkedIn conversations:

  1. Navigate to your LinkedIn messaging
  2. The extension detects new messages
  3. Conversations are synced with Recrut'Auto
  4. Candidate replies automatically trigger workflows

Company enrichment​

When you visit a LinkedIn company page:

  1. The extension extracts company data (industry, size, headquarters, specialties)
  2. Information is sent to Recrut'Auto
  3. Company profiles are updated automatically

LinkedIn activity​

The extension also detects candidate activity:

  • LinkedIn posts
  • Reactions (likes, comments)
  • Job changes
