Teams and shared projects

In an organization, recruitment projects are no longer personal: they belong to the organization and can be shared between members and teams.

Teams

The Organization > Teams page lets you group members (for example by practice, by client, or by site):

  1. Create a team and name it
  2. Add organization members to it
  3. Use the team to grant access to projects in one go

A member can belong to several teams.

Project access

Each project has an access list: members or teams with an access level. The project's creator and OrgAdmins always have access to it.

In practice:

  • a project's campaigns, candidates, and conversations are visible to everyone who has access to the project;
  • the dashboard aggregates the statistics of the projects you have access to;
  • the number of available projects depends on the plan: 1 on Starter, 10 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.
tip

The pool of LinkedIn accounts connected via the extension is also shared at the organization level for campaign execution — see Automated workflow.
