Per-seat billing
The Company offer is billed per seat (one seat = one validated member). Subscription starts monthly; switching to annual (−20%) is then done from Organization > Billing, where your organization's per-seat price is displayed; for the Enterprise plan, it is subject to a custom quote.
The three plans
The Company offer comes in three plans: Starter, Business and Enterprise.

The Enterprise plan is finalized with the sales team (tailored quotas and contract).
Each seat also includes all the features of the individual RecrutAuto Pro plan (unlimited import, unlimited campaigns, ATS, appointment booking…). Monthly quotas apply per organization.
Manage seats
- Billing follows the number of validated members: validating a member occupies a seat, removing a member frees it.
- Adding seats is prorated over the current period.
- Plan changes: upgrading to a higher plan or switching from monthly to annual is done online with a prorated preview before confirmation. Downgrading is not available in self-service — contact support.
Migration from an individual subscription
A RecrutAuto Pro subscriber who creates or joins an organization can migrate their subscription: the remaining time already paid for is deducted from the first per-seat payment. The amount is previewed before confirmation.
