GDPR export

From Organization > GDPR, an OrgAdmin can request a full export of the organization's data (candidates, campaigns, messages, members):

1. Click Request an export
2. The export is prepared in the background — you receive an email with a download link when the archive is ready
3. The link has a limited lifetime; request a new export if needed

This export answers portability requests and feeds your record of processing activities. To delete the data of a candidate who requests it, see the candidate page (right to object, notably for interview recording).

Audit log — Business and Enterprise

The audit log traces the sensitive actions performed in the organization: sign-ins, member invitations and validations, role changes, API key creation/revocation, SSO changes, GDPR exports…

• Viewable from Organization > Audit (filters by member, action, period)
• Each entry carries the author, the action, the target, and the timestamp
