Dashboard

The dashboard (the admin panel's home page) gives an overview of the platform's health and activity. It is the first screen displayed after signing in.

Access​

Open Dashboard in the sidebar, or go directly to the panel's root (admin.recrutauto.fr).

Displayed indicators​

The page is made up of several blocks, read top to bottom.

Key indicator strip​

A row of summary cards:

  • MRR — monthly recurring revenue.
  • Users — number of accounts.
  • Plugins — number of extensions currently connected.
  • Candidates, Companies, Schools — volume of scraped data.

Operations and subscription breakdown​

  • Processing queues — summary of the work queues (jobs pending on the worker side).
  • Subscription breakdown — pie chart of accounts by plan.

Revenue​

  • Revenue detail — revenue breakdown (for example by billing period).

Enterprise accounts (B2B)​

A block dedicated to enterprise organizations: number of organizations, seats, etc.

Recent users​

The list of the latest created accounts, to quickly spot new sign-ups.

The dashboard is designed for a quick glance. To act (manage an account, flush a queue, reindex…), go through the dedicated pages: Accounts, Monitoring, System.
