Quotas
The Quotas page (System > Quotas menu) centralizes the configuration of the caps applied to accounts and organizations. It distinguishes two independent layers.
Values can be edited directly. After saving, propagation to the servers takes about a minute — no redeployment of anything is needed.
Layer 1 — LinkedIn anti-detection (per account)
This layer protects each recruiter account against LinkedIn blocks. It defines sliding per-account quotas, over 24-hour and 1-hour windows, for four action types (buckets):
- Invitations
- Messages
- Scrape (enrichment, company, school, verifications)
- LinkedIn searches
The caps are broken down by account level:
- New account (
new) — reduced quotas, while the account builds trust. - Trusted account (
trusted) — higher quotas.
For each combination, you set a daily quota and an hourly quota. Validation rules apply:
- daily and hourly are mandatory;
- hourly cannot exceed daily;
- daily cannot exceed a built-in hard cap (for example 200 invitations, 200 messages, 1000 scrapes, 200 searches).
An input error is flagged and prevents saving.
These quotas are managed internally and are not shown to the recruiter. The main anti-ban safeguard remains the extension's internal limiter; this layer comes on top of it.
Layer 2 — Monthly business quotas (per organization tier)
This layer defines monthly quotas applied to organizations, per tier:
- Starter
- Business
- Enterprise
The capped metrics are invitations, messages, and enrichments per month. These values serve as defaults: they apply to new organizations and to plan changes.
An "Enforcement disabled" badge may appear. As long as monthly enforcement is not activated, these values are indicative: they are saved but do not yet block organizations.
Save
The Save button shows the number of modified entries. It stays disabled as long as no valid change is pending. After saving, the page reloads with the up-to-date values.
Reset an account's counters
Counter resets are not done on this page but on a user's record (Accounts > Users menu, then open the account). There, the Reset quotas button clears the account's sliding anti-detection counters (invitations, messages, scrape, searches), which immediately unblocks the recruiter if they were stopped by a cap. The action is irreversible and requires confirmation.
An organization's monthly quotas are viewed and reset from the organization's record (Accounts > Organizations menu).
