Monitoring

The Monitoring hub gathers three operational supervision pages: Worker tasks, Plugins, and Scraping Stats.

Worker tasks​

Monitoring > Worker tasks page.

This page exposes the job queues that the extensions consume to execute LinkedIn actions. For each queue, you see a summary (pending volume) and can open the detail of its items.

Available actions:

  • Create a task manually: candidate enrichment, company enrichment, school enrichment, or search.
  • Delete a specific item from a queue.
  • Flush a queue entirely.
When to use it

Useful to unblock a congested queue, relaunch an enrichment, or clean up orphaned jobs. Flushing a queue is irreversible: make sure you are targeting the right one.

Plugins​

Monitoring > Plugins page.

Near real-time list (automatic refresh every 10 seconds) of the extensions currently connected. For each plugin: worker identifier, IP, location, browser, version, OS, attached user, LinkedIn profile, today's quotas, and last activity.

Two distinct status indicators to understand well:

  • Last activity (heartbeat) — only indicates that the extension is alive, not that it is working. Green = recent signal.
  • Worker active — indicates whether the extension is actually polling the server for jobs. An extension can be "online" (green heartbeat) yet silent (LinkedIn tab closed, page script crashed): this column reveals it. It also flags an invalid JWT or a quota block.

LinkedIn verification required​

An orange banner appears at the top of the page when workers are paused because LinkedIn requires a security verification (checkpoint / challenge). The affected rows are highlighted. Automation resumes automatically once the verification is resolved manually in the recruiter's browser.

Scraping Stats​

Monitoring > Scraping Stats page.

Scraping volume statistics over an adjustable period (7 / 30 / 90 days, 12 months).

  • Total cards — per event type: invitations, messages, candidates, companies, schools, searches.
  • Daily chart — stacked volume per day and per event type.
  • Volume per plugin — table of each worker's contributions, with the recruiter's identity, their attached LinkedIn account, their tier (or organization tier), their role, and their online / offline state. Clicking a worker opens the corresponding user record.
tip

Cross-reference Scraping Stats (produced volumes) and Plugins (instant state) to diagnose an activity drop: a falling volume while plugins are "online" points to silent workers or reached quotas.
