Accounts, subscriptions and organizations

The Accounts hub gathers three pages: Users, Organizations, and Subscriptions. They let you find an account, review its state, and perform routine administration operations.

Users

Accounts > Users page.

User list

For each account, the table shows: name, email, sign-up date, subscription type, plugin state, and status (activated / deactivated). Pictograms flag at a glance:

  • Plugin — connected (green) or offline, with the date of the last sign of life and the version.
  • Verified LinkedIn profile, Premium / Recruiter account, long-standing profile — trust signals for the attached LinkedIn account.

Actions on an account

From the Actions column:

  • Deactivate — the user will no longer be able to sign in as long as the account remains deactivated.
  • Activate — re-allows sign-in for a deactivated account.
  • Delete — a permanent and irreversible action.

Each action requires a confirmation.

Detail page

Click a user's name to open their record. It contains:

  • Profile — email, sign-up date, subscription type, account identifier.
  • LinkedIn plugin — online / offline status, last heartbeat, version.
  • Recruiter's LinkedIn account — verification level, Premium, account age, sync dates, and an "About this member" block (LinkedIn seniority, freshness of contact details, work-email / Recruiter-license verifications).
  • LinkedIn quotas — real-time consumption of the anti-detection counters (invitations, messages, scanned profiles, searches) for the current hour and day, with progress bars. A Reset quotas button immediately clears this account's sliding counters (useful to unblock a recruiter stopped by a cap). See the Quotas page for details.

Subscriptions

Accounts > Subscriptions page.

Paginated list of subscriptions, with: identifier, user, type (plan), Stripe customer reference, invitations and messages sent today, sign-up date. The page size is adjustable. Click View to open a subscription's detail.

Plan changes

Tier changes (moving an account from one plan to another) are not done from the admin panel: they go through Stripe (the customer changes their subscription, or an operator acts in the Stripe dashboard). Here, the admin panel is for viewing subscription state, not modifying it.

Organizations

Accounts > Organizations page.

This page covers organizations (the B2B multi-account model). An organization groups members, teams, and campaigns under a single billing.

Organization list

The table shows: name, slug, type (Enterprise or Personal), organization tier, seats (active / purchased), number of members, teams, and campaigns, Stripe reference, and creation date.

You can search by name / slug and filter by type (all, enterprise, personal).

Organization detail page

Click View to open the detail. It contains:

  • Information — slug, members, teams, campaigns, seats, dates, company details (legal name, address, email), SSO configuration (identity provider alias and status), Stripe references.
  • Organization quotas — monthly quotas specific to this organization (see Quotas).
  • Members — list with role (Organization admin, Member, Pending), arrival and validation dates. The link on the Keycloak identifier opens the corresponding user record.
  • Teams — the organization's teams and their members.

Designate an owner (forced transfer)

On a member's record, the Designate owner button forces this member as the organization's sole administrator; all other administrators are demoted to plain members. The operation requires a reason (at least 5 characters) and a confirmation. Reserve it for support cases (departed owner, locked organization).
