Data & recruitment
The admin panel gives access to the business objects (campaigns, appointments, messages, templates) and to the shared reference data (candidates, companies, schools, taxonomies). Most of these pages are read-only; some allow targeted operations.
Reference data ("master data")
Data hub in the sidebar.
| Page | Content |
|---|---|
| Candidates | Scraped profiles |
| Companies | Company records |
| Schools | Institutions |
| Skills | Skills taxonomy |
| Languages | Languages |
| Certifications | Certifications |
| Interests | Industries / interests |
These pages present paginated lists (adjustable page size, sorting on some columns) and a detail view per item. They are used to inspect and clean the repository shared by the whole platform.
Candidates — relaunch an enrichment
The Candidates page adds two useful capabilities:
- Push to enrichment — on a row, places the candidate in the enrichment queue. A message confirms the addition (or flags it as "already queued").
- Multi-select — check several candidates then Push to enrichment in bulk. A summary shows the number of additions, duplicates, and failures.
- Enrich stale profiles — a dedicated button relaunches records whose data is old.
Clicking a row opens the candidate's detail page.
Recruitment
Recruitment hub in the sidebar.
| Page | Content |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | Campaign list (all accounts) |
| Appointments | Scheduled interviews / slots |
| Messages | LinkedIn message history |
| Workflow templates | Campaign workflow templates |
The Campaigns, Appointments, and Messages pages are cross-account views (all accounts combined) for support and diagnostics.
Workflow templates
Recruitment > Workflow templates page. CRUD for the workflow templates offered at campaign creation:
- Create a template.
- Edit an existing template.
- Delete a template — except the default template, which is protected against deletion.
- Mark a template as default (the one pre-selected for new campaigns).
Editing a template does not alter already-created campaigns: a template serves as a starting point at the moment a campaign is created.
