Conversation thread
The conversation thread displays the complete history of your LinkedIn exchanges with a candidate.
View a conversation
- Go to Messages from the sidebar
- Select a candidate from the list on the left
- The conversation thread appears on the right
Displayed information
For each message:
- Sender — You (Recruiter) or the candidate
- Content — Message text
- Date and time — Message timestamp
Link with the workflow
Messages are directly linked to the automated workflow:
- Messages sent by the workflow appear in the thread
- Candidate replies automatically trigger the next step
- AI analysis of reply content determines the next step in the process
AI response analysis
When a candidate replies, the message is automatically analyzed to determine intent:
| Category | Interpretation |
|---|---|
| A | Interested, wants to discuss |
| B | Interested, provides availability |
| C | Not listening to the market |
| D | Not interested |
| E | Off-topic or empty message |
This analysis allows the workflow to automatically make the right decision for the next step.
