For each experience, Recrut'Auto extracts:

- Institution (with logo if available)
- Degree and field of study

- Description and activities
Skills
Skills are extracted from the LinkedIn profile and associated with the candidate. They are used for targeting and scoring.

- Certifications — Organizations, validity dates
- Languages — Spoken languages with proficiency level
- Volunteering — Volunteer experiences
- Publications — Articles and publications
- LinkedIn groups — Professional groups
- Recommendations — Received recommendations
Enrichment process
- The LinkedIn profile is scraped via the browser extension
- Raw data is parsed and structured
- Metrics are calculated (seniority, CV gap, average duration)
- Business signals are detected (job change, promotion, etc.)

Enrichment is automatic for candidates added to an active project. You can also force re-enrichment from the candidate profile.
