Change, upgrade, or cancel your subscription

Upgrade your plan​

To switch to a higher plan:

  1. Go to Billing > Change plan
  2. Select the new plan
  3. Complete the payment
  4. The change is effective immediately

Change period​

To modify the billing period (monthly → quarterly → annual):

  1. Access the Stripe portal
  2. Modify your subscription
  3. The change takes effect at the next renewal

Cancel your subscription​

To cancel:

  1. Access the Stripe portal
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Your access remains active until the end of the current period
  4. At the end of the period, access to features is suspended (your data is preserved)

At the end of the period, access to features is suspended. Your data (campaigns, candidates) is preserved: you can recover it by reactivating a subscription.
